Can I pay my dues with a credit card?
Yes. Sign up for your individual Client Web Access. Check the balance on your account, payment history, pay dues with credit card or ACH (different from ACH processed by INTEGRA).
What is the Move-in Fee for?
The Move-in Fee is charged upon the change of residency in a unit. The fee helps to fund repairs to paint, drywall, carpet and special garbage pickups that moving in and out generates.
Can I have a different parking space? Can I buy another parking space?
Parking spaces are assigned in the Declaration for Centre Pointe Condominium to a specific unit and cannot be “reassigned”. There are no “extra” parking spaces for sale or rent.
Where do my visitors park?
Visitors can park in the visitor spaces around the clubhouse.
Where do I get a Fob or replacement key to the front door?
- Garage Door Clickers = $55/each
- FOB Keys = $25/each Clubhouse/Gym Key = $50/each

Why does the Association want a key to my unit?
Residents are not always home when disaster strikes. Centre Pointe Condominium is a stacked complex and in the event of an emergency, such as a water leak, it is important the Association can gain access quickly to mitigate and assess damage. There is also routine annual inspection of the fire suppression system. INTEGRA has safety protocols in place to make sure your key is not misplaced.
