John’s Chem-Dry will be onsite beginning Monday, September 25th and continuing through Friday, September 29th, 2023, to complete a thorough cleaning of ALL common area carpets in the Clubhouse, the Exercise Room and A,B,C & D buildings. One building will be cleaned each day.
- A Building will be cleaned on Monday, September 25th.
- B Building will be cleaned on Tuesday, September 26th .
- C Building will be cleaned on Wednesday, September 27th.
- D Building will be cleaned on Thursday, September 28th .
- The Clubhouse and Gym will be cleaned on Friday, September 29th.
This is a service provided at no additional charge to the individual home owners, but is paid for out of your Association’s budget. Please remove any door mats or rugs from the hallway in front of your door prior to the scheduled cleaning dates. Remember, door mats and rugs must be kept inside your individual units, not in the common hallways in accordance with the governing documents of your Association.
If you would like to arrange at your expense for your individual unit interior carpets to be cleaned, you would contact John’s Chem-Dry directly at: 360-734-3551. Contingent on the size of your unit, they will let you know the cost to clean the interior of the unit and work with you on scheduling a cleaning date.
